Kashmir is a beautiful place known all over the world for its charm. Kashmir is also known as Paradise on Earth. The bright green valley of Kashmir is covered in the Himalayas, under the sparkling blue skies. It’s a wonderful land of full of flowers of lively colors. Kashmir is famous for saffron which is very expensive but very tasty really provide flavor to dish. Throughout the year walnuts and almonds are available in the Kashmir. Other famous items are Shah Zira, Kashmiri chillies and honey which are grown in Kashmir. In occasions kashmiri serves variety of meat disihes which is called WAZWAM. Some other famous dishes are: Alu Bukhara Korma, Josh, Kebabs, vegetables, gushtaba, and Tabak Maaz. The dessert is generally phirni and Kahwah. Kahwah is the green tea, flavored with saffron, cardamom and almonds.
